🧺 Ingredients
• 1 onion
• 1–2 carrots
• 2 celery stalks
• 1 apple
• Fresh parsley or coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper

🔪 Preparation
1. Slice the onion very thinly.
2. Cut the celery into small slices.
3. Grate the carrot and apple on a coarse grater.
