📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 cauliflower
– 1/2 cup of tomato sauce (preferably homemade)
– Salt, oregano, paprika and pepper to taste
– 3 eggs
– 0.7 oz / 20g mozzarella cheese (approx. 2 tablespoons shredded)
