Jenn’s Feel-Good Oat Bowl
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
2 tablespoons milk of choice
1-2 tablespoons organic creamy nut butter (I used peanut—almond is good too!)
1/4 cup fresh berries (frozen berries heated up works great when not in season)
1/4 cup granola ( I use cascadian farms no sugar added)
1-2,tablespoons pure maple syrup
1. Cook oats according to directions. Add toppings and enjoy!
