Bina tel (Oil-free) suji ka chilla banana thoda tricky hai, kyunki tel ke bina chilla tawa par chipak sakta hai ya jaldi sookh kar papad jaisa ho sakta hai. Lekin sahi technique se aap ise ekdum naram aur healthy bana sakte hain.

Batter Taiyar Kare
Suji. Rice Flour aur dahi ka ratio wahi rahega, bas thoda extra dhyan consistency par dena hai:
1 cup Suji 1cup Rice Flour aur ½ cup Dahi ko mix karein.
Ismein thoda kadookas (grated) kiya hua green vegetables zarur dalein jisse chilla bina tel ke bhi andar se moist aur soft rehta hai.
15 minute rest ke baad, agar batter bahut gaadha ho, toh thoda pani milakar use smooth kar lein.
Bina Tel Sekne ki Vidhi
Non-Stick Tawa ka Chayan: Is recipe ke liye ek achha non-stick pan ya granite finish tawa hona bahut zaroori hai. Tawa garam karein.
Dheemi Aanch (Low-Medium Flame): Batter ko tawa par phailayein. Aanch ko medium-low rakhein.
Dhak Kar Pakayein (Steam Cooking): Yeh sabse zaroori step hai. Chilla phailane ke baad use ek dhakkan (lid) se 1-2 minute ke liye dhak dein. Dhakne se jo steam (bhaap) banegi, woh chilla ko bina tel ke naram pakayegi aur use dry hone se bachayegi.
Palat Kar Sekein: Jab upar ki satah (surface) puri tarah sookh jaye, toh dheere se palat dein. Dusri taraf se bhi dhak kar 1 minute tak pakayein.
