Day 14 of our Healthy Recipes Series 🥣
Today we are making a simple, nourishing and comforting Ragi Soup.
This soup is light on the stomach, easy to digest and made with basic ingredients available at home.
Perfect for healthy meals, light dinners or whenever you want something warm and filling ✨
🌿 Ingredients:
Ragi flour
Water
Jeera
Carrot
Onion
Beans
Peas
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh cream
Lemon juice
Fresh coriander
👩🍳 Method:
Mix ragi flour with water in a bowl (no lumps).
In a pan, add jeera.
Add chopped carrot, onion, beans & peas.
Add water and cook till vegetables soften.
Add salt, pepper & fresh cream.
Add the prepared ragi mixture.
Simmer on low flame, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with lemon juice & coriander.
Healthy Ragi Soup is ready 🥣✨
