Starting from today, I’ll share some Exam Time Snacks– healthy, homemade, aur bilkul kid-friendly.
Aaj ka snack: Jowar + 2 Dals Mathri crispy, tasty, aur nutrition se full! 💛

Ingredients
Moong Dal 1/2 Cup
Masoor Dal 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves 20
Garlic 2
Jowar Flour 1/2 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour 2tbsp
Seeds 1/4 Cup
Black Till 2tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper 1/1 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Ghee 2tbsp
Water 3/4 Cup
Steps
➡️ Soak dals for 3-4 hours, drian extra water and dry roast with some curry leaves & garlic.
➡️ Blend and make powder.
➡️ Transfer to a mixing bowl, add jowar and whole wheat flour along with seeds, spices, ghee. Mix everything well.
➡️ Add water and knead a tight dough.
➡️ Roll and shape as shown in the video.
➡️ Airfryer
Bake at 140 degrees for 15 mins. Flip in between.
➡️ Oven
Bake @170 degrees until mathris turn crisp and golden brown.
➡️ You can deep fry as well.
➡️ Store Upto 2 weeks.
