1/4 cup split green dal
1/4 cup yellow moong dal
3 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
Some cashews, almonds, walnuts & peanuts
1 cup bajra flour
1/2 cup ragi/finger millet flour
1 cup besan/gramflour
1/2 cup makki flour/cornmeal
1/2 cup rajgiri flour
1/2 cup soybean flour
