Mums Healthy Rotis
(Please note my mum NEVER measures when she makes her Roti)

Ingredients:
2 cups Atta flour (my mum uses champion brand)
3 tablespoon oil
Enough boiling water to form a medium dough consistency

Method

1. Add 2 cups flour into a dough machine
2. Add 2 tablespoon oil and using a dough attachments mix till oil combined in the flour
3. On medium speed slowly add water till it reaches a medium dough.
4. Add 1 tablespoon oil once it reaches a medium dough consistency
5. Turn machine on high and allow dough to kneed for 2 mins
6. Make small balls and set aside
7. In a small bowl add more flour, dip Roti dough into the flour and roll into Rotis
8. Add Roti onto a hot tawa. Once you see small bubble forming turn over
9. After approximately 30 seconds turn over once again and allow to raise while pressing the Roti on each side with a flat wooden spoon or tawa spoon.
10. Remove off the tawa once puffed up
11. Store in a airtight container.
