Ingredients for beetroot paratha:-

Grated beetroot – 1 small size
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped green chili – 2 pcs
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted oats flour – 1/2 cup
Multigrain flour – 1-1/2 cup
Amchur ( mango powder ) – 1 tsp
Crushed ajwain ( carom seeds ) – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Curry leaves powder – 1 tsp ( optional )
Salt – 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tsp
Water as required to make the dough
To roast the paratha – olive oil

Palak paratha ( spinach paratha )

Spinach – 1 bunch
Green Chili – 2 pcs
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Multigrain flour – 1 cup
Roasted oats flour – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tsp
Water as required to make the dough
To roast the paratha – olive oil

Methi Paratha ( Fenugreek leaves paratha )

Finely chopped ( Fenugreek leaves ) – 2 bunches
Multigrain flour – 2 cups
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Crushed green chili – 2 pcs
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Amchur ( mango powder – 1 tsp
Pomegranate powder – 1 tsp ( optional )
Salt – 1-1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Water as required to make the dough
To roast the paratha – olive oil
