INGREDIENTS :
½ cup hot milk
2 tbsp instant coffee
½ cup yogurt (dahi)
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon powder
¾ cup Palm Sugar
¼ cup A2 Cow Ghee
1 + ¼ cup whole wheat flour (atta)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup Seeds & Berries Mix
Extra seeds & berries for topping

RECIPE :
Mix hot milk + instant coffee. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add yogurt + baking soda. Mix and let it activate.
Add cinnamon powder + palm sugar. Mix well.
Add A2 cow ghee and whisk until smooth.
Pour in the prepared coffee mixture and combine gently.
Add whole wheat flour + baking powder. Fold lightly (don’t overmix).
Add Seeds & Berries Mix and give a final gentle mix.
Transfer into a lined cake tin and top with more seeds & berries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
