Peri Peri Paneer Quinoa Bowl🥗 | No Sad Salads Ep 3
🥗 Step 1: Prep the paneer
Take 180 gm paneer and cut it into small cubes.
In a bowl, add:
• 1 tsp oil
• Salt, Chilli powder, Black pepper, Haldi (as per taste)
Mix well, coat the paneer evenly and air fry at 180°C for 20–25 mins until golden.
🥗 Step 2: Make the dressing
In a blender, add:
• 4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2–3 peri peri peppers
• 1 handful coriander leaves
• Salt, Pepper, Oregano (as per taste)
• ½ tsp honey
Grind everything into a smooth dressing.
🥗 Step 3: Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, add:
• 1 bowl lettuce
• ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
• ¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
• ¼ cup boiled kidney beans
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• ¼ cup boiled corns
• ½ cup boiled quinoa
• Air-fried paneer
Pour the prepared dressing on top and toss everything well.
