Cabbage Dumplings
Has 6 different veggies and paneer for protein!!
Method:
1️⃣Filling:
– Chop any veggies you like really fine, I’ve added mushroom, bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, broccoli.
– Sauté them some olive oil and garlic.
– Then add salt, pepper and soy sauce and chilli sauce.
– Add 100g crumbled paneer.
– Mix well and take it off heat to cool.
2️⃣Boil some cabbage leaves for 5-6 mins until soft.
– Remove the stem part and make dumplings as shown in the video.
3️⃣Pan fry:
– Pan fry until it has a crispy top.
4️⃣Dipping sauce:
– Mix soy sauce, chilli sauce, minced garlic, honey, some water, vinegar and sesame seeds.
