• 4 boiled eggs (halved or chopped)
• 1 medium capsicum (sliced)
• 1 medium tomato (diced)
• 1 small onion (sliced – optional)
• 3–4 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger (chopped)
• 1–2 green chillies (slit)
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2–3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
• Fresh coriander for garnish
