INGREDIENTS (Serves 2 | 84 kcal per serving approx.)
2 cucumbers
1 tbsp salt
4 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil (or any oil)
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
RECIPE
-Slice the cucumbers and toss them with salt. Let them rest for 10–15 minutes.
-Squeeze out and discard the excess water released from the cucumbers.
-Add minced garlic, soya sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, and sesame seeds.
-Mix everything well.
-Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving so the flavours blend beautifully.
