PSA: low calorie, high protein doesn’t always make a food “healthy”. it has more of a chance of tasting like 💩 with a gritty texture, than it does being nutrient dense 🙂
it is okay to enjoy the food you eat and have the full calorie desserts 🫶
if you truly enjoy a low calorie recipe/ substitute, you can have it! I’m not telling you what you can or cannot do..
Rather, I’m saying you don’t HAVE to eat this way if you don’t want to, don’t enjoy it, have digestive issues with these recipes, dislike the taste/texture, don’t have the time, etc 👏
AND WTF DOES GLP1 FRIENDLY EVEN MEAN?! People have been making weird concoctions of high protein/ low cal foods they don’t allow themselves to eat for decadesssss.
If you want, or need, high protein options, adding protein to desserts isn’t your only option ❤️
