Ice tray sushi hack – homemade sushi in less than 10!

Sushi rice, cooked (I used microwaveable sachets mixed and mixed in a little bit of sugar and splash of rice wine vinegar)
Sashimi, thinly slicedAvocado, thinly slicedKewpie mayoSriracha mayoSesame seeds

1. Heat rice sachets. Mix with a splash of rice vinegar and a little sugar. Cool slightly.
2. Line an ice cube tray with a long strip of cling film, pressing it into each hole.
3. Add a slice of sashimi to each insert.
4. Top with avocado and 1/2 tsp Kewpie mayo.
5. Add rice and press down firmly.
6. Flip onto a board and remove cling film.
7. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
