1 boiled egg, mashed
40g canned corn
35g Suluguni cheese, grated
40g Greek yogurt
Fresh herbs (parsley or any of your choice)
Pinch of salt
60g whole grain bread
Instructions:
Boil and mash the egg.
Mix in corn, grated cheese, Greek yogurt, herbs, and salt until smooth.
Spread the filling evenly on whole grain bread slices.
Bake in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 7–8 minutes. (Oven alternative: bake at same temp until golden and crispy.)
