ingredients
chicken (murgi ka gosht) boneless 500 grams
capsicum (shimla mirch) 2 cubes
onions (payaz) 2 cubes
oil (tail) 2tsp
ginger (adrak) 1tsp crushed
garlic (lehsan) 1tsp crushed
yogurt (dahi) 1/2cup
lemon juice (lemu ka ras) 1tsp
salt (namak) 1tsp
blackpepper (kali mirch) 1tsp
paprika (meethi lal mirch) 1tsp
oregano 1tsp
ketchup 2tbs
mayonnaise 1/2 cup
bread as required
butter as requried
Method
cut chicken in cubes and marinate with the spices mention above.
leave it for 20 minutes.
cook marinated chicken on low flame in 2 tsp oil.
when chicken become tender and all the moist finish add chopped onions & capsicum.
let it cool on the room temperature.
add ketchup mayonnaise mixture in the chicken.
spread the mixture on bread slices & gill it on the hot grill pan from the both sides.
tasty chicken sandwiches are ready to serve.
