Soft inside, crispy outside suji appe stuffed with spicy and nutty matar (peas), moongfali (peanuts) and hari mirch filling — perfect for breakfast, tea time, or lunchbox snack. Healthy, quick and very satisfying.

🧾 Ingredients
For Suji Batter
• 1 cup suji (rava)
• ½ cup curd
• ½–¾ cup water (as needed)
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp eno or fruit salt (optional, for softness)
For Filling
• ½ cup boiled matar (peas)
• ¼ cup roasted moongfali (crushed)
• 1–2 hari mirch (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp jeera
• ½ tsp chaat masala (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil

👩🍳 Recipe
Step 1 — Prepare Batter
1. Mix suji, curd, salt and water.
2. Make medium thick batter.
3. Rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2 — Make Filling
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add jeera → let splutter.
3. Add hari mirch, matar, salt.
4. Cook 2–3 minutes.
5. Add crushed moongfali + chaat masala.
6. Mix and cool.
Step 3 — Make Stuffed Appe
1. Heat appe pan and grease with oil.
2. Add eno to batter and mix gently.
3. Pour little batter in each cavity.
4. Add 1 tsp filling.
5. Cover with little more batter.
6. Cook on low–medium flame.
7. Flip and cook till golden.
