Ingredients:
• 3 ripe bananas
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups/ about 300g almond flour/meal
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 cup/ 30 ml maple syrup
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 20-25 min. Cool in the tin for 5-10 min. Transfer to a rack to cool. Enjoy!
