If you’re looking for a healthy yet delicious breakfast for Valentine’s, this Strawberry Milkshake Oats is the perfect choice. It’s creamy, satisfying, and made with completely natural ingredients.
I’ve avoided refined sugar and maida here, using fresh strawberries and dates for sweetness instead. Layering it with soaked chia seeds adds a great texture and extra nutrition. You can prep this at night, let it set in the fridge, and it’s ready to serve in the morning. Top it with some pistachios and more fresh strawberries for that perfect crunch. It’s a simple, wholesome way to start the day.

Recipe
– In a blender jar, add 4-5 fresh strawberries (the quantity can be increased or decreased according to your taste)
– Add 1 Tsp vanilla essence
– Add 4-5 de-seeded dates (you can add a little honey also)
– Add 1/2 cup of instant oats
– Add 1 cup greek yoghurt or hung curd
– Finally, add a little bit of water and churn everything smooth
– Now decorate your serving jar with greek yoghurt as shown in the video (you can use melted chocolate instead too)
– Now first add some soaked chia seeds and above it pour the strawberry oats mixture
– Cover the jar and refrigerate it overnight or for minimum 3 hours
– At last garnish with chopped pistachios and strawberries
