Ingredients:
-4 Low Carb Tortillas (Medium Sized)
-1 lbs Ground Chicken (453g)
-½ Cup Bread Crumbs (40g)
-1 Cup Shredded Lettuce (47g)
-4 Slices of American Cheese
-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-2 Tsp Paprika
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Tsp Pepper
Zinger Sauce:
-3 Tbsp Light Mayo (45g)
-1 Tbsp Ketchup (17g)
-1 Tsp Hot Sauce (5g)
-1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-1/2 Tsp Paprika
-Splash of Lime Juice
Instructions:
1.) Season and mix ground chicken.
2.) Spread chicken on tortillas; sprinkle breadcrumbs.
3.) Mix zinger sauce.
4.) Pan-cook tortillas chicken-side down 3–4 min, flip, add cheese, cook until crispy.
5.) Top with sauce and lettuce, fold, and enjoy.
