Ingredients

Low Carb Flour Tortillas 4x | 224g
Tostada shells 4x | 52g
93% Lean Ground Beef 1 lb | 454g
Sharp Cheddar 1 cup | 112g
Light Sour Cream ½ cup | 115g
Tomato 1 cup | 150g
Lettuce 2 cups | 112g
Red Enchilada Sauce ¼ cup | 60g
Taco Seasoning, salt, pepper

Directions

1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
2. Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water.
3. Lay a flour tortilla flat.
4. Layer the crunchwrap in this order:
– Beef
– Cheese
– Tomato
– Sour cream
– Tostada
– Sour cream
– Beef
– Lettuce
– Tomato
– Sauce
– Cheese
5. Cut a tortilla into quarters and place one quarter on top.
6. Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla toward the center, pleating it to cover the filling.
7. Place the crunchwrap fold-side down in a hot oiled skillet.
8. Sear for 2 minutes per side until golden brown and sealed.
