These no-bake dark chocolate bites are topped with nuts and seeds for a simple, healthy snack. Easy to make, naturally satisfying, and perfect for chocolate cravings without baking. A quick homemade treat using minimal ingredients and zero oven time.

Ingredients (Makes 6 large cups)
• 12 soft Medjool dates (pitted)
• 250 g dark chocolate (70% works beautifully)
• ½ cup mixed nuts & seeds
(almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, sesame seeds — as shown)

Method

1️⃣ Prepare the Dates
• Remove the pits from the dates.
• Press 2 dates into each silicone mould cavity.
• Flatten them slightly to create a base layer.

2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate
• Melt dark chocolate using:
• Microwave (20-second intervals, stirring each time), OR
• Double boiler method.
• If you want a softer bite, stir in 1 tbsp coconut oil.

3️⃣ Pour the Chocolate
• Spoon melted chocolate over the dates.
• Fill each cavity until the dates are fully covered.

4️⃣ Add the Toppings

Sprinkle:
• Whole almond
• Pumpkin seeds
• Sesame seeds
• Crushed pistachios

Press lightly so toppings stick.

5️⃣ Set
• Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
• Remove from mould.
