Sharing one if my fav sabji and easiest one
➡️blanch some spinach and purée it
➡️in ghee add cumins seeds and some whole spices like 2 cardamom ,2 cloves,little cinnamon and 1 star and roast well add chopped garlic sauted well
➡️add chopped onions let it brown then add paneer cubes mix well and add salt,chilli powder,garam masala and turmeric mix well
➡️add palak purée and cook well (do not cover just cook it without lid ) for 4 to 5 minutes
➡️add 1 to 2 tsp fresh cream and let it for 3 to 4 minutes kore na d garnish with kasuri methi
Trust me this sabji takes less effort and taste amazing
