Aaj ki video me hum bana rae hai comforting Kala Chana Kadhi for a wholesome lunch and transforming the leftover nutrient-rich stock into a Weight Loss Chana Soup for a light dinner.
Ye dono recipes bilkul perfect meals hai for busy professionals, students, or anyone looking to add more protein to their diet without spending hours in the kitchen!
Ingredients:
For kala chana soup-
1. Leftover water after boiling kala chana (around 4 cups)
2. Boiled chana 1 and 3/4 cup
3. Water 100 ml (for grinding)
4. Hot water to adjust consistency (250 ml)
5. Salt to taste
6. Black pepper 1 tsp
7. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
8. Tamarind water 2 tbsp
9. Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
10. Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
11. Mint leaves 9-10 (finely chopped)
12. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
13. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
For kala chana kadhi-
1. Curd 400gm
2. Besan/gram flour 4 tbsp
3. Methi leaves (finely chopped) 150 gm
4. Garlic 4-5 cloves
5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
6. Methi seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
7. Curry leaves 10-12
8. A pinch of Heeng
9. Dried red chillis 3-4
10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
12. Salt to taste
13. Black chana 1 and 1/2 cup (boiled)
14. Water 1.5 ltrs
