Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
• 1 ripe avocado
• 2 bread slices
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
• 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
• ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
• Salt to taste

Method
1. Cut the avocado and scoop it into a bowl.
2. Mash it well using a fork until smooth.
3. Add chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, pepper powder, and salt.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
6. Place another bread slice on top.
7. Cut and serve fresh.
