Creamy Curd Paneer Delight | #shorts #curdsandwich

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
• 3 tbsp curd
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
• 1/4 cup corn
• 2 tbsp cucumber
• 2 tbsp carrot
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 1/2 oregano
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp green chilli
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves (optional)
• 4 slices whole wheat / multigrain bread
• Butter or ghee (optional for toasting)

Method:

In a bowl, add paneer and thick curd.

Add onion, tomato, carrot, corn, spices & coriander.

Mix properly – the filling should be creamy but not watery.

Spread green chutney and mixture evenly on bread slices.

Toast on tawa with little butter or dry toast for healthy version.

Cut and serve hot.
