Healthy Pocket Shawarma
Started with 500g chicken breast (you can also use thinly sliced boneless beef).

✨ Marination magic:
Mixed with
• 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp yoghurt

Marinate well ➝ Cook in 1 tbsp ghee/butter/oil ➝ Keep aside.

🥚 Healthy Mayo:
Blend:
• 3 boiled eggs
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• splash of water for smooth texture.

🍞 Pocket Bread
Inspired by Japanese cream sandwiches 🤍
Toast bread with butter on both sides (or deep fry for extra crunch).
Cut into triangle → Trim the inner soft layer → Create a pocket!

🌯 Assemble:
Stuff with shawarma chicken
Add pickles
Drizzle healthy mayo
