Ingredients (4 servings)
BASE
120g oats
40g protein powder
488g unsweetened almond milk (2 cups)
240g non-fat Greek yogurt
40g chia seeds (4 tbsp)
60g no sugar added maple syrup (4 tbsp)
200g strawberries

FOR LAYERING
300g chopped strawberries (bottom of jars)

MAGIC SHELL
40g dark chocolate chips
15g coconut oil

DIRECTIONS
– Blend base ingredients until smooth
– Divide strawberries in 4 jars
– Pour the blended oat mixture over the strawberries
– Melt dark chocolate with coconut
– Pour the mixture over each jar
– Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
