Ingredients

Multigrain Bread or loaf slices – 4 to 6 pcs
Spinach boiled and paste – 400gm
Sweet corn –100gm
Garlic – 15finely chopped (optional)
Butter – 15 gm
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper –2gm
Italian seasoning– 5gm
Hung curd -50gm
Fried garlic -5gm
coriander chopped -5gm

Method:
Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté then add boiled spinach paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until moisture dries. then keep, aside for cool.

Add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and boiled sweet corn. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Take hung curd in bowl add black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt fried garlic, chopped coriander and mix well .
Spread the both mixture evenly on a bread slice and cover with another slice.
Toast on oven or tawa or grill with butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve hot with French fries and tomato ketchup.
