Creamy Nutrella Salad Bowl 🥗
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 4–5 garlic cloves (chopped) and saute for a few seconds till fragrant. Add 1 cup soaked Nutrella soya chunks (crushed), salt to taste, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp dhaniya powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, and ½ tsp paprika.
2. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 5–10 mins until nicely cooked. Switch off the heat and keep aside.
3. In a bowl, add ½ cup whisked yogurt, salt to taste, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp chilli powder, and ½ tsp garlic powder. Whisk well till smooth.
4. In a mixing bowl, add ¼ cup chopped cucumber, ¼ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, and 1–2 tbsp chopped coriander.Pour in the prepared yogurt dressing and mix well.
5. Top the yogurt veggie mix with the cooked Nutrella.
Serve fresh as a high-protein, flavour-packed bowl.
