Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a quick and healthy dinner idea.  The trick to making this simple 5-ingredient meal is so gently sauté the green onions, fresh ginger and garlic until they are fragrant (about 2 minutes).  Then add the ground chicken or turkey and cook until it’s done, stirring frequently.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Bibb lettuce works the best for the wrap or you can use a small corn or flour tortilla.   Drizzle with a little soy, peanut or hoisin sauce.
