These healthy no-bake chocolate nut cups are the perfect easy snack idea! Made with dark chocolate, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and natural sweetener (honey), they’re crunchy, satisfying and so simple to make at home.
🥣 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 cups)
• 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds + walnuts)
• ½ cup pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup sunflower seeds
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 2–3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
• 200–250 g dark chocolate (70% or higher)

1. In a bowl, mix:
nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds.
2. Add honey and mix well until everything is lightly coated.
3. Divide the mixture into cupcake liners in a muffin tray.
Press down gently to compact.
4. Melt dark chocolate (microwave or double boiler).
5. Spoon melted chocolate over each cup to fully cover the top.
6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set.
