Ingredients
Base
• Broccoli – ½ cup (blanched)
• Tomato – 1 medium (chopped)
• Cucumber – 1 medium (chopped)
• Onion – ½ medium (chopped)
• Corn – ¼ cup (boiled)
• Low Fat Paneer – 150g
• Peanuts – 1 tsp (roasted)
Dressing
• Olive oil – 1.5 tsp
• Mustard sauce – 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice – from ½ lemon
• Garlic – 1 small clove (grated)
• Honey – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
