Here’s how to make them:
1️⃣ Dry roast oats in a pan until lightly golden and aromatic. Let them cool.
2️⃣ In a blender, add roasted oats, ginger, green chillies, fresh coriander, and little water. Blend into a smooth, semi-thick batter.
3️⃣ Transfer to a bowl and add finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrot, tomato, and more coriander.
4️⃣ Add spices — red chilli powder, coriander powder, a pinch of jeera (cumin), and salt to taste. Mix well.
5️⃣ Let the batter rest for 8–10 minutes so the flavors develop.
6️⃣ Heat a pan, grease lightly, pour a ladle of batter, spread gently, and cook on both sides until golden and crisp.
