This high protein peanut chaat is fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor. Made with boiled peanuts, fresh veggies, spices, lemon, and pomegranate, it’s the perfect quick and healthy snack you can make in minutes.

High Protein Peanut Chaat

Ingredients
1½ cups boiled peanuts
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup chopped tomato
3 tbsp grated carrot
3 tbsp finely chopped orange bell pepper
1 green chilli, finely chopped
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 to 3 tbsp pomegranate pearls

Method
1. Start with lightly salted boiled peanuts.
2. Add onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot, bell pepper, and green chili.
3. Add cumin powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, chaat masala, and salt.
4. Add lemon juice, mint, and coriander.
5. Mix well.
6. Fold in pomegranate pearls and serve fresh.

Fresh, spicy, crunchy, and so good.
