Matcha Chia Pudding:
🥣 Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
– 1 tsp matcha powder
– 2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
– 3 tbsp chia seeds
– 3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)
– Raspberries
– Sliced Almonds

Instructions:
– Whisk warm milk with matcha powder until smooth
– Add in chia seeds, maple syrup and mix thoroughly
– Let rest for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping
– Cover and refrigerate overnight
– Top with sweetened yogurt
– Garnish with fresh raspberries and sliced almonds before serving

Strawberry Milkshake Chia Pudding
🥣 Ingredients:
– 1 cup fresh strawberries
– 3/4 cup coconut milk
– 2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
– 3 tbsp chia seeds
– 3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)
– Chopped strawberries & pumpkin seeds for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
– Blend strawberries and coconut milk until smooth
– Add chia seeds along with maple syrup and mix well
– Rest 5 minutes and stir again
– Refrigerate overnight until thick and creamy.
– Top with sweetened yogurt, strawberries, and pumpkin seeds before serving

Blueberry Jam Chia Pudding
🫐 Blueberry Jam:
– ½ cup blueberries
– 2 tbsp water
– 1 tsp maple syrup
Cook on low heat until soft and mash into a jam-like consistency. Let cool

– Blueberry jam
– 3/4 cup milk
– 1 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
– 3 tbsp chia seeds
– 3 tbsp yogurt (sweetened, for topping)

– Mix cooled blueberry jam with milk and maple syrup
– Add chia seeds and stir well
– Rest 5 minutes and stir again
