✅ Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup finely grated carrot
1–2 tbsp water or milk (to adjust consistency)
½ tsp ghee or butter

👩‍🍳 Preparation Method (Step by Step)

Beat the egg well in a bowl.
Add corn flour and mix without lumps.
Add finely grated carrot.
Add little water or milk and make smooth batter (not too thick, not too watery).
Heat a pan on low flame.
Add little ghee/butter.
Pour small amount of batter and spread gently (mini pancake size).
Cook on low flame until bottom turns golden.
Flip and cook other side well.
Cool slightly and cut into small baby-friendly pieces.

👉 For babies under 1 year, avoid adding salt
