In this video, I will show you the ultimate 2-ingredient magic: how to turn simple sesame seeds and eggs into incredibly soft flatbreads in a pan, AND a thick, fluffy loaf in the oven. Both are high-protein, nourishing, and taste absolutely amazing. It’s the perfect protein bread for weight loss, a healthy breakfast, or quick wraps!

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Homemade Tahini:
• Fresh, dry sesame seeds
• 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
For the Quick Flatbread:
• 4 Tbsp Homemade Tahini
• 2 Whole eggs
• 2 Tbsp Water
• A pinch of salt
For the Fluffy Protein Loaf:
• 1/2 Cup (120g) Tahini
• 5 Eggs
• 1 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• Optional: 1-2 Tbsp Maple syrup & mixed nuts for topping

Bake the loaf in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 35-40 minutes.
