Truffle Salt:
Smoky Maple Mustard Dressing:
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
dash of smoked paprika
Tuscan Bean and kale soup:
3 cups white beans, soaked overnight and rinsed and drained in morning
4 chopped roma tomatoes
2 cups chopped carrots
1 diced onion
1 Heaping Tbsp prepared minced garlic
1 bunch chopped kale
1-3 Tbsp Vegan soup base
Soak beans in water overnight, in the morning, drain and rinse. Add beans, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic to crockpot and cover with water. Cook on high for 8-9 hrs then season with soup base starting with 1Tbsp at a time tasting to your liking. Then add chopped kale to wilt.
