Anti-inflammatory soup has so many health benefits, and it’s such an important food for me for gut health, skin care, immune system; helping battle all of the inflammation signs. This is my personal favorite soup recipe and is so easy to make, it’s also very healthy (and vegan, vegetarian, keto, etc.). If you haven’t tried eating anti inflammatory foods I would highly suggest it! You can start with this soup!
