Healthy High Protein Breakfast Bagels

I only made 2 bagels because I’m not running a breakfast factory…

But this was elite. So I’m dropping the full original recipe below for all 8 bagels 👇

Ingredients (Makes 8 Bagels)

400g sliced bacon
16 eggs
10g freshly grated parmesan
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion & garlic powder
400g low fat blended cottage cheese
8 toasted bagels
25g sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
8 cheddar cheese slices

Cooking Steps

Cook your bacon until crispy.

While that’s cooking…

Crack 16 eggs into a large bowl.

Add the blended cottage cheese.

Add parmesan.

Salt.

Onion and garlic powder.

Mixy Mixy

Pour enough of the egg mix into a frying pan to cover the bottom, add a lid and fry for 2mins-ish

Fold into pockets and set aside

Toast your bagels.

Add Sriracha to bagel

Then your bacon

Top with a cheddar slice.

Lid on.

Done.
