Beetroot Indian Bread Recipe
Beetroots are a great source of many essential vitamins and minerals. Such as folate, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.
This Paratha is so tasty and healthy. To make it you need:
1-Grated Beets
2-Equal amount to grated Beets whole grain flour without sieving it
3-Make dough with both ingredients by mixing them and using water little by little
PREPARATION:
1-Make your Tawa hot on medium flame
2-Make big ball from beet dough and dust it with flour. Spread it and apply littlebit ghee and fold to make square
3-Now use rolling pin and roll it by giving pressure slightly
4-Put on Tawa and turn after two seconds and with the help of cloth fry it and when it is ready then apply Desi Ghee
5-Serve hot with Plain Yogurt and any fresh homemade Sabji. You can also take homemade Chutney
