Omelettes can be filled with pretty much whatever you like and can be eaten as a quick breakfast or a light dinner. If you love experimenting, try this different version of the classic omelette. Loaded with mushrooms, it is tasty, delicious and healthy!

Ingredients:

• 3 Egg whites
• 3-4 no. of Mushrooms
• 1 tbsp Onions (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• 2-inch piece of Celery
• 1 tsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp Oil

How to make it:

• Beat together the egg whites, salt, pepper, and milk.
• Sauté the chopped onion and mushroom in 1/2 tsp oil with salt and celery till soft.
• Add 1/2 tsp oil in the pan and pour the beaten egg. Once the eggs are set, add the sautéed mushroom mix.
• Flip and cook on the other side until the omelette is well cooked.
