Comment “sauce” for 8 low-calorie sauce recipes
Ranch Sauce:
– 240g (1 cup) 0% Greek yogurt (I used @preschoice for their price)
– 1/2 tsp dried parsley
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/8 tsp onion powder
– 1/8 tsp dried thyme
– 2 tbsp vinegar
Macros (per 2 tbsp): 18Cal, 3gP, 1gC, 0gF (calculated using the @cronometer_official app)
Sriracha Mayo:
– 120g (1/2 cup) 0% Greek yogurt (I used @preschoice for their price)
– 6 tbsp light mayonnaise (I used @hellmannsmayonnaise)
– 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
– 1 tsp paprika (smoked is even better here!)
– 1 tsp honey
– Dash of cayenne (or more if you like extra heat)
– Pinch of salt
Macros (per 2 tbsp): 42Cal, 2gP, 3gC, 2gF (calculated using the @cronometer_official app)
Creamy Dill:
– 240g (1 cup) 0% Greek yogurt (I used @preschoice for their price)
– 1 tbsp light mayonnaise (I used @hellmannsmayonnaise)
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– 2 tsp Dijon mustard
– 2 tsp dried dill
– 1 small garlic clove, minced
– 1/4 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/8 tsp pepper
Macros (per 2 tbsp): 21Cal, 3gP, 1gC, 0gF (calculated using the @cronometer_official app)
Simply mix all ingredients for each sauce in separate bowls until well combined.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
