👨‍🍳 Ingredients, 2 serves
✅ Jasmine rice, uncooked – 75g, 2.6oz
✅ Unsweetened almond milk – 500mL, 17 fl oz
✅ Chocolate WPI – 2 scoops, approx 60g, 2.1oz
✅ Honey – 5g, 0.18oz
✅ Cinnamon – pinch
✅ Salt – pinch

👉 Method

Add rice, almond milk, cinnamon and salt to a pot.

Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir regularly so it doesn’t stick.

Cook 12 to 15 minutes until rice is soft and liquid thickens.

Remove from heat. Let it cool slightly.
Stir through WPI and honey at the end so the protein doesn’t clump.

Let it sit 5 minutes to thicken further.
