Steel cut oats. Good breakfast, decent price, filling. Foods like oatmeal and eggs are great for lunches because you can prepare them on Sundays and eat them all week long.

Bananas. Good and good for you.

Carrots 5 LBS. The carrot is a root vegetable are the wonderful snack — crunchy, full of nutrients, low in calories, and sweet. The perfect health food. Oven roasted carrots make for a great vegetable side dish for any occasion tasty, and highly nutritious.
