🥬 INGREDIENTS
– Paneer (cut into cubes & pricked with fork)
– Curd (approx. 150g)
– Ginger-garlic paste
– Lemon juice
– Lemon zest
– Salt (as per taste)
– Black pepper powder
– Garam masala
– Desi ghee
– Cumin seeds
– Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf)
– Green chillies
– Fresh coriander
– Charcoal (optional for dhungar smoky flavor)
👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP METHOD
1️⃣ Cut paneer into cubes and prick with fork
2️⃣ Add curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice & zest
3️⃣ Add salt, black pepper & garam masala
4️⃣ Mix well and marinate for 15–20 minutes
5️⃣ Heat desi ghee in clay pot or pan
6️⃣ Add cumin seeds & whole spices
7️⃣ Add marinated paneer directly
8️⃣ Cover and cook for 6–8 minutes
9️⃣ Add green chillies & little extra black pepper
🔟 Garnish with coriander
Optional: Give charcoal smoke (dhungar) for authentic dhaba-style flavor.
