While I was stacking these sandwiches for lunch, I had a little laugh thinking… oh wow, I am literally the sandwich generation. One slice of life with my grown kids, one slice with my fabulous parents (83 and 87 years young!!)—and me right in the middle! 💁🏻♀️🥪
